Incident Description For the matter of public and legal record,
Again it is my understanding that OSP Sargent Scott Miller had / has a fraudulent power of attorney that he abuses to interfere with Due Process and my medical, financial and business affairs. I also had an advanced mental health directive based on a generic form from the legal department at Disability Rights Oregon.
It is a gross abuse of government resources extremely violating my basic human and Civil Rights with THAT loophole exemption for law enforcement.
Return to work, Vocational rehab and the PAMI Council is involved. I can get back home to lawyer up that is already at the National level. I was trying to respect my pastoral elders back home.
